Buying more quantity means you buy multiples of 4 (4,8,12,16,20,24,...). For example if you buy 2 qty you will get 8pcs.
Nominal voltage is 8V (170mA) but it will work on lower or a bit higher voltage (even more if you use resistor) without problems. See my other auctions for 12V bulb or other types.
