Condition: This was an online return. I found this out in my garage recently, sort of hidden. I think my dearly departed husband planned on keeping it. It's a good thing we never put it out, because I LOVE it and I would be inclined to start collecting these. I'm selling my house and have to scale WAY back, the last thing I need is the urge to start another collection. But these are SO CUTE. I see no evidence this was ever used, no defects, perfectly new condition except for the box being slightly less than perfect. There is still protective foam on the Nutcrackers back
