Harvey Powerflex Tractor

Description

Harvey Powerflex Tractor. Condition is "Used", and NOT running.  This is a rare tractor that is in restorable condition.  The combination starter/generator works good and spins the engine over.  The engine has compression and fuel but no spark so it will not run.  It did run when parked. The engine rear main seal leaks a lot.
The transmission is not original.  The original 3 speed with column shift was replaced with a top shifted transmission.  Unfortunately, the sheet metal around the transmission was cut away to clear the shifter.  The cover that attaches to the lower engine cover and extends to the back of the tractor and covers the trans/gear reducer/differential is included and not modified.  It should fit if  an original column shift and 3 speed transmission were re-installed.  The transmission shifter is stuck in neutral.  It won't go in to any gear.  And it leaks out of the side cover. I don't know if the clutch works.
The gear reduction gearbox is loose and leaks, too.  It rotates back and forth like the mounting bolts to the rear axle are loose.
The rear axle leaks, too.  The right axle hub has been modified because the tapered axle key had stripped.  The left axle is stock, I think.
The brakes don't work but I believe all the parts are there for both sides.
The tires all hold air.  For a while.
The front blade and back attachment go up and down.  The attachment is missing a tooth on the right side.
The steering wheel has a couple of cracks but no missing pieces.  The brake and clutch pedal pads appear to be original.
