Check it out-Here's a classic & very uncommon @ 30" wide by 22 1/2" tall very finely made (One of a kind & HAND SIGNED!) artists sketch of "University Square" in Indianapolis, Indiana back in the 1980s Era- Color pencil artwork pictures a pair of pretty women taking their lunch in front of the ornate fountain located downtown in the War Memorial park off of North Meridian street with the name & signature of artist "R. Carol Skinner University Square Indianapolis, Indiana" inset at the bottom signed in pencil by the artist- Has cute little cat prints at the side caused by the artist's cat roaming the studio as she worked-They would frame / mat out easily but it is kinda cool that she left them in-Otherwise, artwork has only light, usual wear consistent with age and normal use-ONE-OF-A-KIND! These are ORIGINAL items...Not reproduction items! Here's some info on the artist:
Indiana's own R. Carol Skinner is well known in the Indianapolis area, specializing in Oil Paintings, including representational, as well as abstract art, and has developed her own style of Oil Etching.  Skinner has transitioned from architectural and landscape representational art, to more modern, abstract art in the last several years due to a desire to express her art in a new way.  The artist has worked with various interior designers over the years.  She has an appreciation for upscale furniture and room interiors.   Furthermore, many interior designers have chosen her artwork to complement their room designs. She is especially well known in the Carmel, Indiana area just north of Indianapolis, and has recently been featured in the Legends of Carmel book as well as other local publications.  Additionally, she has taught her techniques at the Indianapolis Art Center for 23 years, and independently teaches Plein Air locally in the Indianapolis area, and creates commissioned art work.

So please be aware that we NO LONGER SHIP FIRST CLASS MAIL INTERNATIONALLY unless seller agrees to ship by USPS Priority mail at an increased rate. Postage rates are non-negotiable and non-refundable. We pack every item professionally using new packing materials and appropriate mailing supplies. We send all items via US Postal Service.The U.S.Postal service rates change fairly regularly every year and we don't make money on postage like some other ebay sellers. I think you'll find that we're quite fair.

I try and place a penny in every photo to help judge the size of the item, obviously it is there for size comparison and is not included with the item. Many of the items are VINTAGE and although they are in very fine condition, they may not function as well as when they were made decades ago. So if you intend on using the old item, please be aware that we are selling it for collector value only. In other words, if you intend on using a 50+ year old letter opener and it breaks, don't get mad at us. It may be hard to believe, but we have received a couple negatives because people broke vintage items while trying to use them.
