    Description

    I have the honor and privilege of selling the collection of an avid and discerning collector of Mauchline Ware consisting of transfer, checker, Parian and tartan ware with a smattering of a few other finishes. I will be listing them in bite size batches over the next several months so that over time collectors can absorb the depth and breadth of the collection. This gentleman amassed an amazing collection of pieces, some of which I have never seen before and I have seen many collectors' collections over the years. This Mauchline Ware Floral White Ware & Transfer Ware square box has a spray of flowers that resemble Maidenhair Ferns and a center transfer of St. Paul's Cathedral.
    The box is in good to excellent overall condition. There is crazing of the varnish on the lid and there are some minor dings and dents that are to be expected of something that is 140 or so years old. But please look at the pictures to determine the overall condition. ALSO, PLEASE NOTE, IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN THIS ITEM AND DO NOT WANT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE EBAY GLOBAL SHIPPING PROGRAM PLEASE MAKE ME AWARE OF THAT BEFORE BIDDING WHEN I AM STILL ABLE TO OPT OUT.  The piece measures  3" square
