Mauchline Transfer Ware Change Purse Souvenir de Montmarte Sacre Coeur Basiclica

I have the honor and privilege of selling the collection of an avid and discerning collector of Mauchline Ware consisting of transfer, checker, Parian and tartan ware with a smattering of a few other finishes. I will be listing them in bite size batches over the next several months so that over time collectors can absorb the depth and breadth of the collection. This gentleman amassed an amazing collection of pieces, some of which I have never seen before and I have seen many collectors' collections over the years. This rectangular shaped change purse has a fabulously detailed transfer of the Sacre Coeur Basillca. Underneath the transfer it reads Souvenir de Montmarte in script. The inside of the purse is lined with blue silk or satin that is in perfect condition. The clasp is silver toned metal. The piece measures 2.5" long, 2 3/8" wide and is 5/8" tall when laid down. It is in overall excellent condition with only one small scuff on the backside, but please look at the pictures to see the overall condition.
