    Description

    Brand new 3d printed version of the Sony 3-684-163-01 Gear in Black Nylon 12. This particular version features reinforcements in the area that usually breaks on the original 3-684-163-01.
    Gear will fit Sony Betamax machines using the 711B2 Chassis (I.E. SL-HFR30S, SL-HF300, SL-HF450, SL-HF600, SL-HF900, SL-F30, SL-F60, SL-800ME and others). Timing of the loading mechanism is critical. I recommend testing by hand and making sure everything is correct before installing the loading mechanism back into the machine. If the loading mechanism is reinstalled but not timed properly, damage can occur.
    This will require reusing the 3-684-165-01 Arm (Right), Driving and the 3-684-115-01 Spring. Lastly,
    a good quality plastic safe grease is recommended for application on the new gear(I.E Super Lube Synthetic Grease).
