Vintage Souvenir Plastic Doll From Scotland 9" H

I've downsized and am paring down.  The Scottish souvenir doll is from the late 1980s, made of plastic and stands about 9" high.  Please note, the fabric of the doll's kilt is bunched above one knee (fourth photo).
Shipping will be USPS first class.  I will ship the next business day after cleared payment.  Nonsmoking, pet friendly home.
Returns will be accepted up to 30 days after receipt.  The original shipping fee will not be refunded, only the item price.  The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.  Buyer pays return shipping.
