This is a vintage Weatherby Royal Falcon Giftware Scotland souvenir porcelain plate.
The 6.5" plate has a green band with gold-tone basket weave around the edge and a map of Scotland, the coat of arms, and various locations in the center.
This plate is in very good pre-owned condition.
