    Description

    This is a blue turquois like stone or plaque that was given out by the VSA ARTS OF INDIANA.  The plaque is 5 inches by 3 inches.   It has trivia attached to it about Indiana.  On the plaque is a race car, the Indiana flag, the State Bird the Cardinal.  It is very beautiful.  It does have some sort of tiny smuge on one side
