We do our best to clean and sanitize each and every item. Game consoles and accessories are fully dissasembled and fully cleaned, serviced, and reassembled. Plastic portions of games consoles are also pressure washed. Although some of our items are like new, most are pre-owned. If you’re sensitive to the nature of pre-owned items, please purchase new.
SHIPPING
Your order will generally ship within 24-48hrs UPS Ground. We ship out orders every day, 5 days a week. When your order is packed and ready for shipping, your will receive a tracking number and your order will be in queue to be dropped off to the carrier. Please check your tracking number so you know when to expect your order. We are not responsible for missing, stolen, or otherwise lost orders that cannot be located once your order shows as delivered. Please check your post office or your mail carrier if your order shows as delivered and cannot be located.
RETURNS
All our items include a 30-Day returns unless otherwise posted. All returns require an RMA number. If an item is found to be defective or not as described, submit a return through eBay for a pre-paid return label. You may return a defective item for a full refund. Your return must include all items that were included with your order. Upon receipt of a return. The item will be inspected by serial number and nature of complaint. If found as defective or not as described, a full refund will be issued. If item is found to be as described, or you just changed your mind,
a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
